Westward Partners’ Portfolio Company DLM Oilfield Enterprises Acquires Leeway Heavy Oil


SEATTLE, WA, October 16, 2013 - Westward Partners ("Westward"), today announced the acquisition of Leeway Heavy Oil ("Leeway" or the "Company") by its portfolio company, DLM Oilfield Enterprises ("DLM"). Based on the terms of the transaction, DLM acquired 100% of the Company with the current DLM President, Dave Petry continuing on in his current capacity as President of the new company.
