Prior to Westward's formation, our founders worked together for a number of years at a Seattle-based private equity firm and in investment banking. They have spent the majority of their careers investing in and working with smaller middle-market companies located in the Northwestern US and Western Canada. Westward's investment professionals have extensive private equity experience having completed over 80 private equity transactions totaling $5 billion in enterprise value. All investment professionals are Northwest natives.
