Curtis began as a family owned road builder and quickly evolved to be the supplier of equipment and services for EVRAZ North America, a leading steel manufacturer that produces more than 5 million tons annually of flat, long, and tubular products. • Curtis represented Westward’s 7th acquisition in Western Canada in the past 2.5 years and its first deal in the province of Saskatchewan

• Westward’s investment facilitated the transition of the inactive family members and provided the existing President, Dale Curtis with the opportunity to increase his share of the business
